Administrators and help-desk personnel can monitor virtual desktops and session recording. Some of the insights we help them with are session health, recording success, and storage. I partnered closely with PMs and engineering to design, prototype, and iterate on observability features. There were a lot of design decisions and constraints that followed. The aim was to retain our customers and focus on the $20B ARR vision.
