I focused on Citrix DaaS — a cloud-based, managed solution that securely delivers virtual desktops. I partnered closely with PMs and engineering, designed, prototyped, and iterated on several key features that are now live and actively used. I continue to own these features today, regularly speaking with customers to gather continuous feedback and drive future improvements.
Autoscale
Running thousands of virtual desktops 24/7 in the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) heavily drains IT budgets. Manually managing this capacity is quite cumbersome for admins and can disrupt the end-user experience. Autoscale helps admins automate capacity management. It intelligently spins up machines just before peak hours and drains them when idle, balancing a frictionless end-user experience with strict infrastructure cost controls. Watch video
